What we collect
What you type into our contact form: your name, organization, role, country, email address, and your message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server records, such as your IP address and the time of your visit.
Do you have to give it?
No. The form is voluntary. If you leave a field blank, we may not be able to reply.
Our legal basis
Our legitimate interest in responding to an inquiry you chose to send us, and in keeping this website secure and working.
Who else sees it
Our website hosting provider, which stores form submissions on our behalf; our email provider, which delivers your message to us; and a spam-filtering service that checks submissions. No one else. We would also disclose your information if the law required us to, for example under a court order. We will tell you who these providers are if you ask.

How long we keep it
Up to twenty-four months after our last contact with you, then we delete it.
Your rights
